"Kilauea" is the most active of the 5 volcano's that make up the island of Hawaii. Over a period of 4 months in 2014, Kilauea's lava flow slowly..and we mean slowly..made it's way northeast towards the nearby town of Pahoa until it eventually reached the town and engulfed it.

This song is like that wave of lava..slowly and gradually moving forward.
Written and recorded after the principal recordings were finished, this serves as a nice outro to the album.
