"Mount St Helen" is a north american stratovolcano volcano. In 1980 it was responsible for the most catastrophic eruption in American history.

A massive debris avalanche triggered by an 5.1 earthquake led to the 1.6 kilometer horseshoe shaped crater at its top and an unprecedented destruction to roads, railways, homes and nature surrounding.
